2024 Rendez-vous

August 17th at Joe Chartrand Park Noelville

Everyone in and around the Nipissing area are invited to the Metis Nipissing Families’ fourth annual Rendez-vous, a tradition dating back to the days of the voyageurs. Traditionally, the voyageurs of years gone by held a yearly Rendez-vous to trade furs and to celebrate. Business and trade have always been an important part of a Rendez-vous but celebration was essential to the voyageurs, First Nations, Metis and local families.
